AI systems for owner-run businesses

More leads.
Less busywork.
Marketing that runs itself.

I install AI systems for medical, legal and other owner-run practices that are short on time. They catch every lead, take the admin off your plate, and keep the marketing moving while you work.

Systems in motion

Systems that run while you work.

Each system is built once, installed on your tools, and customized to how you actually work.

Who this is for

Built for businesses and practices that are winning, but still doing things manually.

If you run a medical or dental practice, a hair restoration studio, a chiropractic clinic, a law office, or any owner-run service business, this is for you. You already have your business. What you do not have is time, and every unanswered call, every lapsed client and every week without a post is money leaving quietly.

Not for: online stores, drop-shippers, or anyone who needs the first customer before the first system.

The systems

Three things every busy practice needs done, and never has time for.

Pick one to start. Most owners start with leads.

Intake and consultation agent

Every inquiry answered in seconds by text or web chat, in your voice, qualified, and booked straight into your calendar. It never pretends to be you, and it hands anyone with a problem to you the same day.

Speed-to-lead responder

A form fill or a missed call gets a personal text and email in about 30 seconds and a call on the books, before they try the next place on Google.

Missed-call text-back

Anyone who calls while you are with a client gets the booking link by text within seconds, and the conversation keeps going by text if they want.

do you do hair systems and what does a consult cost
Hi! Yes, custom hair systems are what we do. The consult is a fitting where we match density, color and hairline, and I can book you in right now.

Automate the busywork

Rebooking and recall engine

Clients come back on their real cadence. A "you are due" text at their interval with one-tap booking, and a rebook flow for every no-show.

Follow-up chase

Quotes, proposals and unpaid invoices chased on a schedule that reads the thread first and stops the moment they reply.

Weekly numbers digest

Bookings, no-shows, revenue and top services, pulled from your booking or POS tool, on your phone every Monday morning.

One-CTA website fix

Danielle R.

Finally found someone who gets it. Walked out looking like me again, and no one could tell.

Reply draft

Thank you, Danielle. Seeing you walk out confident is the whole point. See you at your next fitting.

How it works

One call. One page. Live in 30 days.

  1. 01
    Call

    A 30-minute call

You tell me what eats your time and what it costs you per month. I tell you which system to build first, whether or not we work together.

  2. 02
    Proposal

A one-page proposal the same day

The problem in your words, the system, the timeline, the investment, and a pay link. No deck.

  3. 03
    Kickoff

    A 30-minute kickoff

We connect your tools together on the call, two-factor codes and all, so nothing waits on email.

  4. 04
    Build

    Live within 30 days

You get a short written update every weekday. Nothing needed on your side unless I say so.

  5. 05
    Delivery

    Delivery like a product

A walkthrough video, a one-page guide, and 30 days of fixes included. Then a monthly plan if you want it to keep improving.

Taha Asadi
Who does the work

I do.

I spent fifteen-plus years leading engineering teams at Citigroup, Macmillan, Envision Healthcare, Innovaccer and inMusic, and founded and exited three companies along the way. I hold a master's in management from Harvard, a master's in computer science from SMU, an electrical engineering degree from UTD, and an AI and machine learning certificate from Caltech. I build these systems myself, I answer the daily update myself, and I only take on work I can see paying for itself.

FAQ

Questions

What does it cost?

Every engagement is priced as a fraction of the problem it removes, after we put a monthly number on that problem together. Fixed price, no overages, third-party tools billed at cost.

How long does it take?

The first system is live within 30 days of kickoff. Most of the work happens without you.

Do I need to change my booking or phone tools?

No. We build on Square, Booksy, Vagaro, Calendly, Google Business Profile and whatever you already use, or an equivalent.

What if it does not work?

Everything we install comes with 30 days of fixes after go-live, and we do not stop at delivery.

Who actually does the work?

I do, personally. One kickoff call, then a written update every weekday that takes a minute to read.

Find out which system pays for itself first.

Thirty minutes. If there is nothing worth building, I will tell you that too.
